HC Block & Estate Management Ltd is an independently owned and run business based in Berkshire. Our Directors are Kat Kristensen and Helen Church, who also provide residential property management services through HC Property Net (www.hcpropertynet.co.uk).

Kat has more than 10 years of experience in UK and International Block and Estate management and Helen has been in the Property management industry for over 20 years.

We are passionate about what we do, and we will look after the management of your Block and Estate with the same levels of care, professionalism, passion and service as we deliver for our residential property clients at HC Property Net.
